AEROVIA CONSULTANTS LTD, Toronto, Ontario, Canada is dedicated to Providing advice and expertise in planning, managing the implementation through to completion of:

  • Air navigation systems or Communications, Navigation, Surveillance & Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) systems also known as Air Navigation Systems (ANS) in compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards and recommended practices.
  • Aviation education and training academies providing ICAO and International Air Transport Association (IATA) compatible courses in pilot training, aircraft maintenance engineering, airline and airport personnel, air traffic management, aviation safety management and aviation technology.
  • National air regulatory framework and aviation authority organization.
  • Connecting aviation companies in the developing world in South and South East Asia, parts of Africa with state of the art aviation technology and project management companies in North America and Europe.

WHO ARE WE ?

AEROVIA Consultants Ltd, established in June 2007, has the expertise – knowledge and capabilities in:

  • Developing national and regional Strategic Global Air Navigation system (GANS) plans in accordance with ICAO Doc 9750 and other applicable standards and practices.
    • AEROVIA will conduct studies of the current CNS/ATM systems, define operational and technical deficiencies, regional and ICAO requirements and prevailing industry requirements in order to come up with the National Strategic Air Navigation Plan for CNS/ATM systems.
    • AEROVIA will provide the guidance and oversight in the implementation of the approved GANS plan. This would include defining the specifications, costing, scheduling and conducting the procurement process for defined CNS/ATM systems.
  • Planning, costing and scheduling the implementation of aviation training academies which provide ICAO and IATA compatible training in
    • Aircraft flying courses for private and commercial pilot including instrument, multi-engine and instructor ratings.
    • Aircraft maintenance engineering (AME) training
    • Airport and airline management
    • Air traffic control training and
    • Advanced training programs in aviation technologies

Connecting Canadian, European and US aviation technology companies and aviation education institutes to capable in-country partners in the developing world – primarily in Asia and Africa. AEROVIA will provide expertise and advice

  • on all interactions with customer-group key decision makers
  • At various stages of proposal-bid process by reviewing and critiquing the customer proposals from technical compliance, schedule and competitive pricing.
