Moe Vyas has been in the aviation business for almost 50 years starting in Kenya, East Africa and now in Canada. Moe has in-depth experience in aviation operations and technical management, business development and most recently in consulting with aviation industry and governments (aviation authorities) in several countries. Moe’s main focus has been on strategic planning and oversight of the follow-on project implementation management. Working with other experts from diverse backgrounds in a team environment is one of his key strengths.

He will contribute in the development of strategic master plans for the modernization of aviation infrastructure and services and provide advice on implementation through to completion. He will bring to bear his expertise and knowledge of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards & Recommended Practices (SARPS), ICAO guidance material and the best industry practices in terms of various aviation technologies, aviation regulatory practices and aviation operations.
